How much is my shipping?

To calculate the shipping charges for an order, follow these steps:

  • Add your items to the cart.
  • Choose your state and zip code, and whether the address is a residence or a business
  • Click "Calculate"
  • Click the drop-down box to view your shipping options

When will my order ship?

Your in-stock item will usually ship within 24 hours, but we gaurantee your in-stock item will be in transit within two business days of order placement. Regardless, you will be informed of the status of your order within 24 hours of order placement, and notified again (with a tracking number) when the item ships. If our real time inventory system says we are out-of-stock, you should expect a delay. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any inventory questions before you order. If we don't have it, we can get it.

How long will it take my stuff, once it ships?

Expect UPS Ground service times to comply with the following map.

Air Service to US Locations

All air shipments to US locations must be prepaid; no CODs will be accepted. Service times will comply with the UPS service selected provided the order is received by 9am Eastern Time. All air shipments from Adiomsports.com will be delivered by 7pm on the scheduled delivery date. Note that your credit card's shipping and billing addresses must be the same in order to ensure prompt shipping. Adiomsports.com is not responsible for delays that are related to UPS errors, weather, or natural disasters, and will not result in refunds of shipping charges. It is highly recommended that you request shipping that allows for delivery an extra day or two prior to the day that you MUST have your order.

Service to APO/FPO Addresses

Adiomsports.com now offers US Priority Mail service to APO and FPO Boxes. All APO/FPO orders must be prepaid in US Dollars (credit cards are considered prepayment). APO/FPO orders may require up to 14 business days to process and ship. Most shipments are delivered to APO/FPO destinations within 2 to 3 weeks.

Can I track my package?

As long as you have entered a valid email address you will receive an email containing your UPS tracking number the evening of the day that your order ships out. You can track your order at www.ups.com using this tracking number.

Does my package require a signature?

Yes... for any order over $100, a signature is required at delivery.

Can I pick up my order?

Nope, we'll have someone bring it to you!

Do my billing and shipping addresses have to match?

They don't have to match each other, but they DO have to match what is on file with the credit card company. Should you need to ship to an address other than your billing address, please add the address as an alternate address by contacting the credit card company directly. This can easily be done by calling the number on your statement or the back of your credit card. It only takes a few minutes and does not affect your billing information at all. Please understand that we want to work with you, and thus will try to verify your address in any way possible. However, we do reserve the right to cancel any order, for any reason.

What is your return and exchange policy?

  • You may return most merchandise within 30 days of original invoice date. Certain products may not be returned for any reason, including paintballs, custom jerseys, any type of clothing apparel, and custom gun/gear upgrades.
  • All returned merchandise is subject to a minimum re-stocking fee of 10% Depending on the condition of the product when returned, we reserve the right to impose a re-stocking fee of up to 80%. Merchandise must be returned complete with all the original manufacturers packaging, manual(s), blank warranty cards, miscellaneous parts and accessories. Incomplete returns will be subject to additional charges at our discretion.
  • There are no returns/exchanges on paintballs and clothing. All paintball and clothing sales are FINAL!
  • Prior to shipping any returns to Adiomsports.com you must call to receive a Return Authorization Number. Any package shipped to us that we have not given a Return Authorization Number to will be refused and returned to sender at the sender's expense. Also please make sure this Return Authorization Number is written clearly on two different sides of the package being returned. Any products returned to Adiomsports.com that do not meet our return requirements will be returned to sender at the sender's expense.
  • Orders can be cancelled at any time, up until the order status changes to "Shipped."
